Cupping Therapy
Discover the benefits of cupping therapy, a time-tested technique used for centuries to promote healing, reduce pain, and support overall well-being. We offer cupping as part of our therapeutic services. It's used as part of our occupational and physical therapy sessions to help further promote our manual therapy and soft tissue techniques. Cupping is used during sessions when it will help progress you towards your goals and maximize your outcomes.

What to Expect
During your session, we tailor the cupping placement and intensity to your specific needs and comfort level. Treatments are typically combined with other manual therapies for maximum benefit. Mild redness or circular marks may appear after treatment — a normal and temporary sign of increased blood flow. We use static or dynamic cupping - meaning we keep the cups in place at times and we may move the cups along your targeted area to help aid with soft tissue mobility. You may also have a cup placed on you during certain movements or exercises to promote increased mobility.
