STABILIZATION

1-2 WEEKS

Work on stabilizing the areas of the body that are most commonly used during the game to provide a strong foundation for more advanced strengthening and reduce risk of injury.

TARGETED MUSCLE STRENGTHENING

2-4 WEEKS

Targeted strengthening of muscles that are required for fielding, throwing and power hitting.

ON-FIELD MOBILITY TRAINING

4+ WEEKS

Exercises that are within a similar movement plane as live fielding or hitting to work on flexibility and power needed to advance the athletes game.

Background

This program is designed to help softball and baseball athletes stay healthy, avoid injury, and perform at their best. Each plan is customized to the athlete’s age, skill level, and position, with a strong foundation built on total-body training and targeted stabilization of the muscles most used in the game.

The program is available year-round, with options for:

  • Off-season or pre-season training to build strength, power, and endurance

  • In-season training with a lighter version to maintain performance and reduce fatigue

  • Team packages with discounted group rates

Training is delivered remotely through our virtual training portal, where athletes can track progress and stay connected with me through built-in chat support.

As a lifelong softball player and past coach, I know firsthand how common overuse injuries can be, and how devastating it feels to be sidelined. That’s why I created this program: to give athletes the tools to train smarter, build strength, and stay in the game.
